As your Coordinator, we can help you plan the entire wedding from start to finish or just oversee the planning and give tips and pointers along the way. You decide how much or how little you want us involved. Overall, we are here to help the bride and groom develop the theme they have chosen and save them time and money by doing a lot of the legwork.

In addition to all of the Month-/Day-of Coordination services, Full Coordination also generally includes a lot of the upfront tedious planning activities including, but not limited to:

Month-of and Day-of Coordination

What if you’ve already done all the planning yourself and just need the help of a third party professional to pull it all together and ensure flawless execution? We can help you with that too!

What is commonly more simply referred to as “Day-of Coordination” realistically translates into Month-of Coordination because as your Coordinator, we would need to meet with the bride and groom at least twice in the month leading up to the big day so that you can walk us through all the amazing things you’ve put together and also collect detailed instructions regarding any last minute things that you need help taking care of.

During the month prior to the wedding and on the day of the event itself, some of the things we can help you with are:

  • Putting your final timetable together
  • Building your Emergency Contact List
  • Preparing your seating plan
  • Planning, attending and leading the Wedding Rehearsal
  • Following-up with vendors and confirming delivery times/final payments
  • Executing the event itself

Wedding Consulting normally consists of only one or two face-to-face meetings with the bride and groom. If you choose to take on the daunting task of planning and executing the wedding on your own, somewhere along the way, you may find yourself stuck on one particular item or area and needing some guidance.

Some of these sticky points can include items such as:

  • Where do I get started?
  • How can I stretch my limited budget?
  • How do I address parental divorces? Second families?
  • I need help developing my theme.
  • I’m looking for unique invitations, where can I find them?
  • I would like to use artificial flowers, where can I find good quality ones for a decent price? Can you help me find an artificial florist?
  • I’ve been to so many weddings and have seen it all before, can you provide me with a few unique bombonniere/favour ideas?
  • I want to do as much as I can myself. Can you point me in the right direction for sourcing well priced stationary? Do you have any wholesale paper vendors you could connect me with?

A brief telephone or email discussion would take place to establish your need. A one- to two-hour meeting would then be booked during which we would present our ideas and provide you with our recommendations. Think of this service as the ‘pay-as-you-go’ option.
